Sakoly’s Subscription Software as a Service (“SaaS”) Agreement (“the Service”) sets forth the terms pursuant to which you will be permitted access to the Service, and becomes effective upon the earlier of first use of the Service or completion of a sales order.
All licensed software from Sakoly is provided according to license restrictions. Sakoly’s End User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs the use of Sakoly software.
The Sakoly Licensing Guide Supplement is referenced for customers who utilize Resource Level Licensing that was discontinued in January 2018.
Sakoly’s Support Subscription Agreement (“Support Services”) sets forth the terms pursuant to the Support Services which you will be permitted to receive, and becomes effective upon the earlier of first use of the Support Services or completion of a sales order.
The Sakoly Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) sets forth the terms by which Sakoly provides certain services to clients, and becomes effective only upon execution of Statements of Work between the parties which incorporate the terms of the MSA.
